Hi, I’m Micaela or Mica for short!

My love for photography began in 2011 when my best friend’s mom handed me her Canon camera while capturing our Halloween costumes. She noticed my curiosity, let me try it out, and I was instantly hooked. What started as creative fun quickly grew into a lasting passion.
Today, I’m a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful toddlers, building a photography business rooted in creativity, connection, and intention. Photography has always been more than just taking pictures for me—it’s about storytelling, emotion, and preserving moments that matter.
My photography style blends editorial composition with cinematic storytelling. I focus on natural connection, thoughtful detail, and the in-between moments that feel effortless yet deeply meaningful. Creating a comfortable, confidence-filled experience allows real emotion to unfold organically.
